Course 1and 2 in a five course squence designed to increase participants knowledge of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) Principles and Statndard and research based teaching strategies. Mathematics content is organized around the NCTM process strands. The program is aimed at meeting the requirements of the NCLB law.
